Laboratory testing such as blood chemistry testing, food sensitivity testing, stool testing, salivary hormone testing, vitamin testing, and antioxidant testing may be recommended to identify the root causes of your pain and loss of health. Personalized laboratory testing allows us to identify the underlying chemistry imbalances in your body to formulate and prescribe targeted dietary and nutritional support to accelerate natural healing and recovery.

- Complete Symptom questionnaires & return
- Dr. Sevlie will review the questionnaire and give lab testing options
- Patient decides on lab testing to be completed
- Schedule 12 hour Fasting Lab Draw - $45
- Schedule consultation for 3 weeks after lab draw
- Start 3 Week Repair Program
- Meet with Dr. Sevlie to start recommended treatment
- Lab re-evaluation 12 weeks after starting treatment.

Laboratory testing is paid for on the day of service. Credit cards, checks and cash are welcome. There is a service fee of 3.95% for credit card payments. We DO NOT provide insurance billing for laboratory testing. We can bill your insurance company for doctor interpretations/consultations.
Consultations are billed separately from your nutritional laboratory testing.
